Common use of Acceptance of Concession Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Concession. The Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees and undertakes to implement the Project/ manage the Project Facility, and to perform/ discharge all of its obligations in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. 3.1 Handover of the Project Site(s) & BQS Group (a) DTIDCL shall, handover to the Concessionaire physical possession of the constructed BQS Group(s) free from Encumbrances together with the necessary right of way for the sole purpose of implementing the Project in accordance with mutually agreed upon schedule. (b) The handing over of atleast 75% of total number of BQS as set out for Zone ___ shall be completed within ten (10) days from the Appointed Date. (c) BQS under Change of Scope (clause 19.1(a)) shall form part of this Project and shall be required to be handed over to the Concessionaire within a period of fifteen (15) days from issue of such notice under clause 19.1(a).
