Acceptance of Instructions. UMBFS, its officers, agents or employees shall accept Instructions given to them by any person representing or acting on behalf of the Trust only if such representative is an Authorized Person. The Trust agrees that when oral Instructions are given, it shall, upon the request of UMBFS, confirm such Instructions in writing.
