Common use of Acceptance of Leased Premises Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Leased Premises. Tenant's occupancy of the Leased Premises shall constitute acceptance thereof as complying with all requirements of Tenant and Landlord with respect to the condition, order and repair thereof, subject, however, to Landlord's Warranty and Landlord's liability described above for punchlist items.
