ACCEPTANCE OF PREMISES MEMORANDUM. ACCEPTANCE OF PREMISES MEMORANDUM. If Tenant occupies the Premises without executing an Acceptance of Premises Memorandum, Tenant shall be deemed to have accepted the Premises for all purposes and Substantial Completion shall be deemed to have occurred on the earlier to occur of: (i) actual occupancy, (ii) the Commencement Date set forth in Item 4 of Article 1, or (iii) the date Tenant commences doing business at the Premises if Landlord consents to an early occupancy as set forth in Section 2.2.1.
