Acceptance of Project. Pursuant to DC Code 10-302(b)(3) all improvements made to the community garden site pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise by private persons or organizations shall become the property of the District of Columbia government. If required, the Partner Group and DPR shall file the appropriate District government donation documents with respect to such improvements.
