Common use of Acceptance of Project Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Project. Upon any disbursement from the Participant Disbursement Account as provided in Section 5, the County shall be deemed to have certified to the Authority its acceptance of that portion of the Project which is the subject of such disbursement.‌
