Acceptance of Right. If the Secretary does not receive your properly executed copy of this letter agreement before 4:30 p.m. Eastern time on the 30th day after the date of grant, then, anything in this letter agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, the right will be void ab initio and of no effect.
