Acceptance/Performance Test. 4.5.1 Prior to synchronization of the Power Project, the SPG shall be required to get the Project certified for the requisite acceptance/performance test as may be laid down by respective authorities. 4.5.2 The SPG shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to MSEDCL representative for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPG at the site of the Power Project.
