Acceptance; Term of Leases. Lessee shall accept the Equipment subject to a Lease in accordance with Section 3. The Term of each Lease shall begin on the Acceptance Date of the Equipment subject to such Lease and shall continue for the period described in the applicable Lease Schedule unless a Non-appropriation shall have occurred.
