Acceptance Test Procedure. LMF shall prepare an Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) for the production LDI Detector to be submitted to BAXS for review and approval thirty (30) days prior to the shipment of the first production LDI Detector. Production LDI Detectors shall be tested in accordance with the approved ATP to verify compliance with the requirements of this Agreement.

Acceptance Test Procedure. 5.1.1 This Section 5.1 only apply to Deliverables that relates to the functionality of the Technical Solutions and that should be developed solely for Polestar’s needs and request and subject to a SoW (hereinafter “Functional Deliverables”). It shall not apply to technical Deliverables that are for generic use of the Technical Solution that should be developed under VCFSUK’s sole discretion and control.
5.1.2 VCFSUK shall prior to delivering any Functional Deliverables to Polestar, verify that each Deliverable functions as intended and is fully compliant with the requirements herein and in the relevant SoW.
5.1.3 The Functional Deliverables shall be delivered in good time prior to the Agreed Delivery Date, in order for the Parties to perform appropriate acceptance tests to verify that each Functional Deliverable is fully compliant with the requirements herein and in the relevant SoW and otherwise functions as intended.
5.1.4 After having performed acceptance tests, Polestar shall notify VCFSUK in writing of whether the relevant Functional Deliverable has been accepted, or not. If Polestar does not notify VCFSUK within fourteen (14) days from the date on which VCFSUK made the Functional Deliverable available for acceptance testing (and notified Polestar thereof), the Functional Deliverable shall be deemed accepted.
5.1.5 If Polestar would reject a Functional Deliverable, VCFSUK shall promptly, at its own cost and expense, remedy the defect(s) identified by Polestar and re-deliver the Functional Deliverable to Polestar, upon which a new acceptance test in shall be performed by Polestar in accordance with the procedures above. The aforesaid procedures may be repeated as many times as necessary until the relevant Functional Deliverable is accepted by Polestar.
Acceptance Test Procedure. The quality control and testing procedure (“Acceptance Test Procedure” or “ATP”) to be utilized by STRATEC in testing for final product release and by Gen-Probe for incoming inspection, respectively, shall be finalized in the course of performance of the Development Agreement. Before STRATEC ships any Production Instrument, STRATEC shall confirm that each such Production Instrument has passed the requirements of the applicable acceptance criteria. Gen-Probe shall have the right to be present for any such Production Instrument testing. STRATEC’s good-faith confirmation that a Production Instrument has passed the requirements of the ATP shall be considered acceptance of such Production Instrument by Gen-Probe for purposes of this Agreement. Thereafter, any claims respecting such Production Instruments shall be pursuant to STRATEC’s warranties as set forth herein.
Acceptance Test Procedure. The contractor shall prepare/update Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) in contractor format and IAW DI-MISC-81418 (CDRL A001). The ATP shall be consistent with the requirements for the production and reporting efforts defined within section 3.3.3 of this SOW.
