Acceptance Testing and Cure. Lucent will perform joint testing as described in Schedule E for each Hub, B site and Central Office it provides to WinStar under this contract. Full documentation countersigned by each party or their representatives will be provided to WinStar. Lucent will maintain a copy of each site accepted for a period of five (5) years.
