Common use of Acceptance Walk Through Clause in Contracts

Acceptance Walk Through. Upon request, MTS Communications will contact BellSouth within seven (7) days of collocation space being ready to schedule an acceptance walk through of each Remote Collocation Space requested from BellSouth by MTS Communications. BellSouth will correct any deviations to MTS Communications’s original or jointly amended requirements within seven (7) calendar days after the walk through, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame.
