Common use of Acceptance Walk Through Clause in Contracts

Acceptance Walk Through. NOS Communications, Inc. will contact BellSouth within seven (7) days of collocation space being ready to schedule an acceptance walk through of each Collocation Space requested from BellSouth by NOS Communications, Inc.. BellSouth will correct any deviations to NOS Communications, Inc.’s original or jointly amended requirements within seven (7) calendar days after the walk through, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame.
