Common use of Acceptance Walk Through Clause in Contracts

Acceptance Walk Through. Upon request, KMC Telecom will contact BellSouth within seven (7) days of collocation space being ready toschedule an acceptance walk through of each Remote Collocation Space requested from BellSouth by KMC Telecom. BellSouth will correct any deviations to KMC Telecom’s original or jointly amended requirements within seven (7) calendar days after the walk through, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame.
