Common use of Acceptance Walkthrough Clause in Contracts

Acceptance Walkthrough. ACCESS Integrated will schedule and complete an acceptance walkthrough of each Remote Collocation Space with BellSouth within fifteen (15) days after BellSouth notifies ACCESS Integrated that Remote Collocation Space is ready for occupancy (Space Ready Date). BellSouth will correct any deviations to ACCESS Integrated’s original or jointly amended requirements within seven (7) days after the walkthrough, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame, and BellSouth shall establish a new Space Ready Date. Another acceptance walkthrough will then be scheduled and conducted within fifteen (15) days after the new Space Ready Date. This follow up acceptance walkthrough will be limited to those items identified in the initial walkthrough. If ACCESS Integrated completes its acceptance walkthrough within the fifteen (15) day interval(s) associated with the applicable Space Ready Date, billing will begin upon the date of ACCESS Integrated’s acceptance of the Remote Collocation Space (Space Acceptance Date). In the event that ACCESS Integrated fails to complete an acceptance walkthrough within this fifteen (15) day interval, the Remote Collocation Space shall be deemed accepted by ACCESS Integrated on the Space Ready Date and billing will commence from that date.
