Common use of Acceptance Walkthrough Clause in Contracts

Acceptance Walkthrough. TelCove will schedule and complete an acceptance walkthrough of the Collocation Space with BellSouth within fifteen (15) days of the Space Ready Date. BellSouth will correct any deviations from TelCove’s original or jointly amended application requirements within seven (7) days after the walkthrough, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame or mutually agree to accept the deviations. BellSouth will notify TelCove of a new Space Ready Date upon resolution of any deviations that require correction. Another acceptance walkthrough will then be scheduled and conducted within fifteen (15) days of the new Space Ready Date. This follow-up acceptance walkthrough will be limited to only those items identified in the initial walkthrough. This process will continue until the Space Acceptance Date as defined below in Section 4.3 following. TelCove must notify BellSouth in writing that collocation equipment installation is complete and operational with BellSouth’s network.
