Common use of Acceptance Walkthrough Clause in Contracts

Acceptance Walkthrough. ComSouth will schedule and complete an acceptance walkthrough of new or additional provisioned Collocation Space with BellSouth within fifteen (15) days after the Space Ready Date. BellSouth will correct any identified deviations from ComSouth’s original or jointly amended application within seven (7) days after the walkthrough, unless the Parties mutually agree upon a different time frame. BellSouth will then establish a new Space Ready Date. Another acceptance walkthrough will be scheduled and conducted within fifteen (15) days after the new Space Ready Date. This follow-up acceptance walkthrough will be limited to only those deviations identified in the initial walkthrough. If ComSouth completes its acceptance walkthrough within the fifteen (15) day interval associated with the applicable Space Ready Date, billing will begin upon the date of ComSouth’s acceptance of the Collocation Space (Space Acceptance Date). In the event ComSouth fails to complete an acceptance walkthrough within the fifteen (15) day interval associated with the applicable Space Ready Date, the Collocation Space shall be deemed accepted by ComSouth on the Space Ready Date and billing will commence from that date.
