Common use of Acceptance Walkthrough Clause in Contracts

Acceptance Walkthrough. Teleconex will schedule and complete an acceptance walkthrough of each Remote Collocation Space with BellSouth within fifteen (15) calendar days of BellSouth’s notifying Teleconex that the Remote Collocation Space is ready for occupancy. In the event that Teleconex fails to complete an acceptance walkthrough within this fifteen (15) calendar day interval, the Remote Collocation Space shall be deemed accepted by Teleconex on the Space Ready Date. BellSouth will correct any deviations to Teleconex’s original or jointly amended requirements within seven (7) calendar days after the walkthrough, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame.
