Common use of Acceptance Walkthrough Clause in Contracts

Acceptance Walkthrough. DukeNet will schedule and complete an acceptance walkthrough of each Remote Collocation Space with BellSouth within fifteen (15) calendar days of BellSouth’s notifying DukeNet that the Remote Collocation Space is ready for occupancy. In the event that DukeNet fails to complete an acceptance walkthrough within this fifteen (15) calendar day interval, the Remote Collocation Space shall be deemed accepted by DukeNet on the Space Ready Date. BellSouth will correct any deviations to DukeNet’s original or jointly amended requirements within seven (7) calendar days after the walkthrough, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame.

In the event that DukeNet fails to complete an acceptance walkthrough within this fifteen (15) calendar day interval, the Remote Collocation Space shall be deemed accepted by DukeNet on the Space Ready Date. BellSouth will correct any deviations to DukeNet’s original or jointly amended design and/or specification requirements within Version 1Q03: 02/28/03 seven (7) calendar days after the walkthrough, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frametimeframe.
