Common use of Acceptance Walkthrough Clause in Contracts

Acceptance Walkthrough. NOS Communications, Inc. will schedule and complete an acceptance walkthrough of each Collocation Space with BellSouth within fifteen (15) calendar days of BellSouth’s notification to NOS Communications, Inc. that the Collocation Space is ready for occupancy. In the event NOS Communications, Inc. fails to complete an acceptance walkthrough within this fifteen (15) day interval, the Collocation Space shall be deemed accepted by NOS Communications, Inc. on the Space Ready Date. BellSouth will correct any deviations to NOS Communications, Inc.’s original or jointly amended design and/or specification requirements within seven (7) calendar days after the walkthrough, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different timeframe.

In the event that NOS Communications, Inc. fails to complete an acceptance walkthrough within this fifteen (15) calendar day interval, the Remote Collocation Space shall be deemed accepted by NOS Communications, Inc. on the Space Ready Date. BellSouth will correct any deviations to NOS Communications, Inc.’s original or jointly amended design and/or specification requirements within seven (7) calendar days after the walkthrough, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different timeframetime frame.
