Accepting this Agreement. You accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement when your application is approved and we have created your Account/Card.

Accepting this Agreement. 2.1 This Agreement is a licence and not a tenancy. This means You have a right to occupy the Room during the Period of Residence but do not have exclusive possession of the Room. This means that the Licensor has the right to: 2.1.1 Enter the Room at any time for any reason as referred to in this Agreement; 2.1.2 Require You to move to a different room as referred to in this Agreement; and 2.1.3 Where your Room is of a shared type the Licensor requires You to share it with another person. 2.2 By accepting this Agreement You are entering into a legally binding contract with the Licensor, which for the Period of Residence and subject to the terms of this Agreement, gives You the right to live in the Room and to use the Communal Areas. However, if You breach any of the terms of this Agreement the Licensor shall be entitled to take action against You. 2.3 By entering into this Agreement the Guarantor is jointly and severally liable with You for the fulfilment of all obligations under this Agreement and agrees that the Licensor and/or Residence Management, in the enforcement of its rights hereunder, may proceed against the Guarantor as if the Guarantor was named as You in this Agreement. 2.4 By entering into this Agreement you confirm that you are 18 or older at the commencement of the Period of Residence. If you are under 18 you must involve a parent or guardian when making a booking of a Room and entering into this Agreement and the Guarantor joins in this Agreement to confirm that it shall at all times during the Period of Residence jointly and severally with You duly perform and observe all the obligations on the part of You contained in this Agreement (including but not limited to payment of the Licence Fee and all other sums payable under this Agreement). 2.5 If You are under the age of 18 years by accepting this Agreement you and your parents or guardians acknowledge and accept that You will most likely be sharing accommodation with students over the age of 18 years. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Licensor and Residence Management hereby restrict, modify and exclude our statutory and common duty of care to those students who have not attained the age of 18 years to the extent that their status as minors at law would or might increase our statutory or common duty of care to them. 2.6 If any term or provision in this Agreement is held to be illegal or unenforceable in whole or in part such term shall be deemed not to form part of this Licence A...

Accepting this Agreement. Before using Mobile Banking you must both read and accept this Agreement. You must evidence that consent and acceptance of terms and conditions by selecting the button declaring your acceptance, as part of your enrollment in Mobile Banking. In addition, you agree you are deemed to automatically renew that consent and acceptance each time you log in as a user of Westamerica Bank Mobile Banking and use Mobile Banking to conduct any transaction. Accepting this Agreement. Before using our Zelle Payment Service, you must read and accept this Agreement. You shall be deemed to automatically reaffirm your acceptance of this Agreement each time you use the Service. This Agreement is an addendum to your Digital Banking Service Agreement and your Deposit Account Agreement, all of which are incorporated herein. Accepting this Agreement. 1.1 The Accommodation Contract will be formed, and a legally binding contract entered into between the Occupier and the University when the Occupier has signed and returned the Booking Agreement and either: 1.1.1 Paid the Pre-payment stipulated on the Booking Agreement and provided a guarantee agreement signed by a UK Guarantor; or 1.1.2 Paid the Total Rent in full. 1.2 If the Occupier moves into the Premises without having signed and returned the Booking Agreement they will be deemed as having accepted the terms of the Accommodation Contract and entered into a legally binding contract with the University which is subject to the terms of the Accommodation Contract.

Accepting this Agreement. By the End User (a) using the Software or the Services, (b) clicking a box indicating acceptance, or (c) executing a an agreement, order document, or other instrument that references this Agreement (a “Service Document”), the End User agrees to be bound by this Agreement’s terms and conditions. In addition, by accepting this Agreement, the End User represents that he or she has the authority to bind the End User (or its employer or other entity on whose behalf the End User is agreeing) to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In certain circumstances, including, but not limited to, when the End User obtains a Robot from a Kärcher-authorized distributor, the support, training, and other obligations and rights of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ hereunder may be delegated, in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ sole discretion, to a Kärcher-authorized distributor, training partner, or service partner.
