Accepting Transactions. CHECK COMMERCE will only be responsible for processing Entries that have arrived at its premises in proper format and on a timely basis. CHECK COMMERCE will advise Merchant of any applicable cut-off time. Merchant does not have the right to cancel or amend any entry after submission to the ACH Network.
