The Access and Connectivity clause defines the rights and obligations of parties regarding entry to premises and the use of networks or systems necessary for performing contractual duties. Typically, it outlines when and how one party may access physical locations, IT infrastructure, or data systems, and may set conditions such as advance notice, security requirements, or permitted hours.
