Common use of Access and facilities Clause in Contracts

Access and facilities. The Customer shall provide to the Company and the Security Personnel: 9.3.1. access to the Customer’s Premises or such other premises where the Services are to be performed; 9.3.2. all facilities and assistance as reasonably required for the performance of the Services including office facilities with a telephone and power supply for use by Security Personnel; and 9.3.3. details of all health and safety requirements that apply at the Customer’s Premises or the premises where Security Personnel will be or may be in attendance and details of any changes to such requirements as soon as reasonably practicable after such changes are made.
