Common use of Access and Use of the Services Clause in Contracts

Access and Use of the Services. 2.1. Provision of the Services. Company will make the Services available to Customer pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and the Documentation. Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available 24x7. Customer acknowledges that Customer's use of the Services requires access to third-party hardware, software, internet and/or telecommunications access, and that Customer's ability to access and use the Services may be affected by Customer's choices and the performance of those products and services. Customer is responsible for all fees and charges imposed by such third parties.
