Common use of Access by Buyer Clause in Contracts

Access by Buyer. The directors, officers, employees and representatives of Buyer will be permitted, at Buyer's cost, access, on reasonable prior notice, during usual business hours, and as often as may be reasonably requested, to, and will be permitted to make copies of and extracts from, the Subscriber Agreements, Content Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Technology Licenses, Advertising Agreements, Commerce Agreements and other Contracts of Seller, Seller's books and records to the extent such books and records relate to the Publishing Business and such other information relating to the Assets and the Publishing Business as Buyer shall request.
