ACCESS BY THE COMPANY. The Company or anyone authorized by the Company may enter the Property by reasonable means at reasonable times, without notice, to (1) inspect the Property for condition, (2) make repairs, (3) show the Property to prospective EBIs, purchasers, governmental inspectors, fire marshals, lenders, appraisers, or insurance agents, (4) exercise a contractual or statutory lien, (5) leave written notices, or (6) seize nonexempt property after an event of default.
