Common use of Access Channels Clause in Contracts

Access Channels. The Grantee shall provide to each of its Subscribers who receive Cable Service offered on the Cable System, reception on at least one specially designated access channel. Grantee shall establish rules for the administration of the specially designated access channel, unless such channel is administered by the Franchising Authority. Grantee shall make readily available for public use at least the minimal equipment necessary for the production of programming and playback of live access and prerecorded programs for the access channel in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s sole discretion.
