Access, Control, Operation, Maintenance and Reconstruction of Project. The Municipality shall have such access to and control of the right of way related to the Project as it may require for the performance of the work of the Project. The State of New York through NYSDOT shall assume all ownership and maintenance responsibilities of the improvements upon their completion.
