Access During Construction. Buyer acknowledges that the Home and Property being purchased pursuant to the Agreement is and shall continue to belong to Seller until Closing. Buyer agrees that neither they, nor their agents or representatives, shall enter onto the Property during construction unless accompanied by Seller’s authorized representative and then only at the sole risk of Buyer.
