Access; Elevators; Dumpsters; Signage. Lessee shall have 24/7 access to the Total Leased Premises (with regard to the Expansion Space, such access shall be allowed following the applicable Expansion Delivery Dates), the common areas and elevators serving the Total Leases Premises, the freight elevators servicing the Building, the loading docks servicing the Building and the dumpster and/or compactor servicing the Building. Lessor shall provide, at Lessor’s expense, building standard signage in the Building’s lobby, in any Building directory, and at the main entrance to the Total Leased Premises.
