Common use of Access for Inspection and Showing Clause in Contracts

Access for Inspection and Showing. Upon reasonable notice to Lessee --------------------------------- and during normal business hours, Lessor and its agents shall have the right to enter and/or pass through the premises at any time or times to examine the premises and to show them to actual and prospective Superior Lessors, Superior Mortgagees, or prospective purchasers, mortgagees or lessors of the building. During the period two (2) months prior to the expiration date of this lease, Lessor and its agents may exhibit the premises to prospective lessees.
