Access Incentive Bonus. Incentive payment of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) per quarter if the average patients seen per quarter in a four- hour clinic equals ten (10) and the weekly average of the class A clinics per quarter is five (Family Practice, Adult Medicine and Pediatrics). In order to be eligible, the provider must work a minimum of ten (10) weeks per quarter.
