Access modalities. In order to benefit from the Services, the User must log-in and access their user account. Identifiers are personal and confidential. Users are responsible for keeping it secret and not disclose it to any third party in any form and for any reason whatsoever. The User’s login can only be changed at the request of the User or at the initiative of NFTE. The User’s password is modifiable by the User through the User’s Account. The User is solely and entirely responsible for the use of the User’s Identifiers and undertakes to do everything possible to keep it secret and not to disclose them to anyone, in any form whatsoever and for any reason whatsoever. If the User forgets her/his password, the User can generate a new one by clicking on the link “Reset my password”. The User is solely responsible for the activity that occurs on its User Account and will be responsible to keep its Identifiers secure and for the use of his Identifiers by third-parties or for any actions or declarations made through his User Account, whether fraudulent or not, and guarantees NFTE against any request in this respect. If the User has reason to believe that a person is fraudulently using identification elements or his User Account, she or he must immediately inform NFTE by e-mail at the following address ▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. The User is solely responsible for the improper access, damage, disruption, loss or theft and adverse consequences caused by its breach of the confidentiality of the Identifiers. In case of loss, misappropriation or unauthorized use of its password, the User shall immediately notify NFTE. Users may not use another’s account without permission. A User Account may not be shared, transferred, or sold to other parties, nor are they to be used by or made available to any person or entity except the registered user.
Access modalities. Upon termination or expiration of the Agreement, Servicer shall, and shall cause Servicer Agents to, transfer the Access Modalities to Navient or to Navient’s designee at Servicer’s expense, effective upon the completion of any applicable Termination Assistance Period. As used herein, “Access Modalities” means communications channels, such as social media handles and telephone and/or telecopy numbers (including 800 or other toll-free numbers), (a) supplied by or transferred from Navient to Servicer for the provision of the Services or (b) provided by Servicer for use solely by Navient or Customers to use or receive the Services.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If WCS chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, WCS’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by WCS to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 WCS shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from WCS’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.
