Common use of Access Options Clause in Contracts

Access Options. You may withdraw or transfer funds from your account(s) in any manner we permit (e.g., at an automated teller machine, in person, by mail, Internet access, mobile device, automatic transfer, or telephone, as applicable). We may return as unpaid any check or draft drawn on a form we do not provide, and you are responsible for any loss we incur handling such a check or draft. We have the right to review and approve any form of power of attorney and may restrict account withdrawals or transfers. We reserve the right to restrict account withdrawals or transfers from your account, provided that we shall not be liable for any damages arising from any action we take regarding either (i) withdrawals or transfers; or (ii) payments or nonpayment of a check or draft, except for those damages which may arise solely as a result of the credit union’s negligence.
