Common use of Access Points Clause in Contracts

Access Points. The City and LPS agree that ingress and egress to and from the Property along Saltillo Road will be limited to a roundabout (full turn movements) to be located at the approximately one-half (I/2) mile point east of S. 70^*^ Street (“Saltillo RAB”), as generally shown on Exhibit “B”. which is attached hereto.

The City and LPS agree that ingress and egress to and from the Property along Saltillo Road S. 70th Street will be limited to a roundabout (full turn movements) to be located at to the south of the approximately one-half (I/2½) mile point east north of Saltillo Road at the intersection of S. 70^*^ 70th Street and Carger Lane (“S. 70th RAB”) and right and left turn lanes at the approximately one-quarter (¼) mile point north of Saltillo RABRoad (“S. 70th Turn Lanes”), all as generally shown on Exhibit “B”. , which is attached hereto.
