Access Requests. Any request by CLEC for access to CBT's Structure shall be in writing and submitted to CBT's Structure Leasing Coordinator. CBT may not unreasonably limit the number and scope of requests from CLEC being processed at any one time and may prescribe a reasonable non-discriminatory process for orderly administration of such requests. CLEC's Attachment to CBT's Structure shall be pursuant to a permit issued by CBT for each request for access.
