Common use of Access Rights for Participants that Withdraw Clause in Contracts

Access Rights for Participants that Withdraw. from the Project A Participant withdrawing from the Project shall grant the remaining participants access rights as set out in the Collaboration Agreement, as if said party was still a Participant. A Participant choosing to terminate its participation in the Project shall be granted access rights to Project Results developed up to the date of withdrawal, and as otherwise set out in the Collaboration Agreement. Said Participant does not have any rights to Project Results developed in the Project after the date of withdrawal.
