Access Seekers. On the date of the termination or expiry of an Access Agreement Specific Terms Deed: (a) that Access Agreement Specific Terms Deed will cease to be a "Transaction Document" for the purposes of the definition of "Transaction Documents"; and (b) the Access Seeker party to that Access Agreement Specific Terms Deed will cease to be a Party to this Agreement.
