If any service in respect of the Account is made available to the Depositor through the Internet or a telephone service provider, the Depositor acknowledges that, although the Financial Institution uses security safeguards to protect against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, because of the nature of data transmission, security is not guaranteed and information is transmitted at the risk of the Depositor. The Depositor acknowledges and shall ensure that any private Access Terminal used to access the Account is auto-locked by a password to prevent unauthorized use of the Access Terminal, has a current anti-Contaminant program, and a firewall, and that it is their personal responsibility to reduce the risk of Contaminants or online attacks and to comply with this provision. The Depositor further acknowledges that to reduce the risk of unauthorized access to the Account through the Access Terminal, the Depositor will sign out of online banking and, where applicable, close the browser when finished using it. The Depositor further acknowledges that using public or shared computers and Access Terminals, or using Access Terminals in a public place or through an open WiFi or shared Bluetooth portal, to access the Account increases the risk of unauthorized access to the Account, and will take all reasonable precautions to avoid such use or inadvertent disclosure of the Password.

The Depositor further acknowledges that to reduce the risk of unauthorized access to the Account through the Access Terminal, the Authorized Signatories and Authorized Users will sign out of online banking and, where applicable, close the browser when finished using it. The Depositor further acknowledges that using public or shared computers and Access Terminals, or using Access Terminals in a public place or through an open WiFi or shared Bluetooth portal, to access the Account increases the risk of unauthorized access to the Account, and will take all reasonable precautions to avoid such use or inadvertent disclosure of the Password.

The member further acknowledges, and shall ensure that each Delegate, Non Signer, and Signing Officer acknowledges, that to reduce the risk of unauthorized access to the Account through the Access Terminal, the member will sign out of the Services and, where applicable, close the browser when finished using it. The member further acknowledges, and shall ensure that each Delegate, Non Signer, and Signing Officer acknowledges, that using public or shared computers and Access Terminals, or using Access Terminals in a public place, or through an open WiFi or shared Bluetooth portal, to access the Services increases the risk of unauthorized access to the Account, and will take all reasonable precautions to avoid such use or inadvertent disclosure of the PAC and/or PIW.

You acknowledge that, although BlueShore Financial uses security safeguards to protect against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, because of the nature of data transmission, security is not guaranteed and information is transmitted at your risk. You agree that you will follow appropriate security protocols, including:
(a) ensuring that any private Access Terminal used to access Online Banking and MemberDirect Services is auto-locked by a password to prevent unauthorized use of the Access Terminal, has a current anti-Contaminant protection software installed and a firewall.
(b) take reasonable steps to reduce the risk of Contaminants or online attacks and the risk of unauthorized access to the Accounts, including compliance with your obligations under this Agreement and additional security policies and protocols implemented by you or required by BlueShore Financial.
(c) signing out of Online Banking and, where applicable, closing the browser when finished using it.
(d) refraining from using public or shared computers or other Access Terminals, or using Access Terminals in a public place, or through an open Wi-Fi or shared Bluetooth portal, to access Remote Access Services or, alternatively, ensuring that adequate precautions are taken to protect Access Codes and your PAN from inadvertent disclosure or otherwise being compromised.
(e) refraining from using public free internet email service providers to communicate with us with respect to the Accounts and Services, or to communicate confidential information relating your banking which may be used to obtain or facilitate unauthorized access to the Accounts and Services;
(f) ensuring that any information entered into or stored on any Access Terminal you use to access the Services or engage in Transactions is protected against unauthorized disclosure and access; and
(g) to never, under any circumstances leave an Access Terminal used to access the Accounts or Remote Access Services or POS, until the session has been terminated and you have logged out of the Accounts or Remote Access Services accessed through an Access Terminal.

You further acknowledge that using public or shared computers and Access Terminals, or Access Terminals in a public place, to access Direct Services increases the risk of unauthorized access to your Account and will take all reasonable precautions to avoid such use and inadvertent disclosure of your PAC and/or PIW. If Direct Services are made available through the Internet, our website may provide links to other websites, including those of Third Parties who may also provide services to you. You acknowledge that all those other websites and Third Party services are independent of our website and may be subject to separate agreements governing their use. We have no liability for those other websites or their contents or the use of Third Party services.
