Common use of Access Times Clause in Contracts

Access Times. The Agent and Director must provide the Bank with access to the documents and records referred to in clause 15.2: (a) during business hours without prior notice; and (b) at all other times, within 48 hours after receipt of a written request for access from the Bank or its Representatives.

Access Times. The Agent and Director the Directors must provide the Bank and its Related Bodies Corporate with access to the documents and records referred to in clause 15.2:16.2 (“Access to Agent’s records”): (a) during business hours without prior notice; and (b) at all other times, within 48 hours after receipt of a written request for access from the Bank or its Representatives.
