Common use of Access to and Maintaining of Records Clause in Contracts

Access to and Maintaining of Records. FMER agrees to allow SunTrust access to any records maintained regarding the Applicant Information and its verification. Such access will include allowing access at SunTrust’s request and direction to any individual or entity that is performing tests, audits or exams of, for or on behalf of SunTrust. FMER agrees to maintain all records of Applicant Information along with any Loan documentation it retains (or any copies thereof) for at least seven (7) years from either the time the Loan is repaid and closed or the Loan is sold by SunTrust to a third party and to keep records of the verification of the Applicant Information for at least seven (7) years from the date of such verification.
