Access to be Provided. BISYS shall, grant reasonable access during normal business hours to each of Fifth Third, the Trust, its independent auditors (but no more frequently than four times per year), and regulators having jurisdiction over the Trust, to the books and records maintained by BISYS as the same relates to the services performed hereunder on behalf of the Trust. Records may be edited or redacted to maintain confidentiality of materials related to other clients of BISYS.

Records may be edited or redacted to maintain confidentiality of materials related to other clients of BISYS. BISYS shall make its relevant personnel available to meet with the Board concerning the AML Services at least annually or at such other intervals as may be reasonably necessary or appropriate.
