Common use of Access to Building Clause in Contracts

Access to Building. Tenant acknowledges that Tenant is responsible for providing security to the Premises following Tenant's entry onto the Premises for any reason and for its own personnel whenever located therein. Subject to the foregoing, Landlord shall, at all times, retain the right to control and prevent such access by all persons whose presence, in the reasonable discretion of Landlord, may jeopardize the safety, protection, character, reputation and interests of the Building and its tenants or occupants. Landlord shall in no case be liable for damages resulting from any error with regard to the admission or exclusion of any person from the Building.
