Common use of Access to Certain Documentation and Information Clause in Contracts

Access to Certain Documentation and Information. The Trustee shall provide to the Certificateholders access to the Trust Certificates and all reports, documents and records maintained by the Trustee in respect of its duties hereunder, such access being afforded without charge but only upon reasonable written request no less than two Business Days prior to such access and during normal business hours at offices designated by the Trustee.
