Access to Community Services. CIBH Consumers (referred to as “Consumers” in this Agreement) receiving publicly funded services under this Agreement shall have the same or better access to services as individuals receiving services under a different contract or arrangement.
Access to Community Services. To access the Services or some of the related services or resources, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the Services that the information you provide will be correct, current, and complete and that you will abide by these terms. If SPARKnit believes that the information you provide is not correct, current, or complete or that you have violated any provision in these Terms, it has the right to suspend your access to the Services or the services of our third-party service partners, if any, or to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your user account, in its sole discretion. Any passwords are for individual use only. You are responsible for the security of your password and account. SPARKnit will be entitled to monitor your password and, at its discretion, require you to change it. If you choose, or are provided with, a user name, password, or other piece of information as part of security procedures, you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to the Services using your user name or password or any other breach of security. You also agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify SPARKnit immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. SPARKnit will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time without the permission of the account holder.

  • Community Service You may be requested to perform some form of community service within the residence facility.

  • Community Service Leave Community service leave is provided for in the NES.

  • Access to Services Subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedules, Company grants You a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, nontransferable, non-assignable, revocable license for the term of this Agreement to access and use the Services. Services may only be used by Your Users for internal business purposes only. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any Schedules, and with all applicable Company procedures and policies that further define use of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that the actions of any of Your Users with respect to the Services will be deemed to be actions by You and that any breach by any of Your Users of the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedule, will be deemed to be a breach by You.
