Common use of Access to Company Information Clause in Contracts

Access to Company Information. The accounting books and records, the record of Members, and minutes of proceedings of the Members of the Company, including, without limitation such information necessary to conduct periodic audits of various kinds (e.g. EHS, financial), shall be open to inspection upon the reasonable request of any Member at any reasonable time during usual business hours, for a purpose reasonably related to such Member's interest as a Member. Such inspection by a Member may be made in person or by agent or attorney, and the right of inspection includes the right to copy and make extracts. In addition, the Members shall have reasonable access to the Officers of the Company in order to discuss the Company's business.
