Common use of Access to Company Premises Clause in Contracts

Access to Company Premises. An authorized agent of the Union shall have access to the employer's establishment during working hours for the purpose of conducting Union business. A Union representative will contact the Company's management representative to set up a mutually agreed upon arrival time of the Union agent at the Company's establishment. The Union agent shall in no way interrupt the Company's work schedule.
