Common use of Access to Company Premises Clause in Contracts

Access to Company Premises. An authorized agent of the Union shall have access to the employer's establishment during working hours for the purpose of investigating working conditions and ascertaining that the Agreement is being adhered to. It would be beneficial to both Union and Management if the Union Representative makes his presence known to Management.
