The Service Provider’s employees, agents and subcontractor may have access to confidential data maintained by DCA to the extent necessary to carry out the Service Provider's responsibilities under this Agreement. The Service Provider shall presume that all information received pursuant to the Agreement is confidential unless otherwise designated by DCA.
